Rhodes, Eastern Cape, South Africa

Rhodes is a picturesque little town in the heart of the North Eastern Cape Province. It was named after the British Governor Cecil John Rhodes, the Governor of the Cape Province during the late 1800's. Rhodes is situated near the world famous ski resort Tiffendell, South Africa's only ski resort. This photo was taken in April 2007 during the early fall (autumn).
